Why you should consider BodyFitz for personal training:
A prospective client asked me the following question: Q. "Why should I choose BodyFitz over any other training facility in the area?" A. "Well all of our trainers have a 4 year college degree related to fitness as well as their national personal training certification. I personally hired them because of their experience, knowledge and personality. We offer the most personalized, efficient and effective workouts and deliver the results you want, while having fun! We have been here for over 6+ years now and our combined years of experience is over 50." He joined that day!
One day a woman asked me, "What is it about BodyFitz that would make me want to train here?" I told her that, "BodyFitz is the 'neighborhood gym', with a friendly, upbeat atmosphere where you will feel welcomed, where you will be challenged and where you will have a great time all while getting the results you want and more!" She was drawn to the comfortable neighborhood feeling and loves the workouts too!

Most recently, Dan completed the Assault on Mt. Mitchell, a 102 mile bike ride to the top of the tallest peak east of the Mississippi. Though his performance was lack luster, he did finish. "Next year I will be better prepared". Dan did very well in the Mt. Washington Hill Climb (2005), in New Hampshire. Deemed the toughest hill climb in the world, Dan rode his bike up the steep 7.4 mile road in a time of 1:25:44. Placing him 3rd in Clydesdale and 171 out 561 riders. He is currently training again for the August 18th event. After doing the race in '05' Dan said,"This was my first 'bike race' outside of triathlon, it was awesome and I cannot wait until next year!" The race filled up before he could get online last year, 2007 is his second try at the mountain. Dan took the "double challenge" and rode 103 miles the next day with his brother Tom and best of friends, Jason Overbaugh.
