Our Fat Blasting Class is a great Interval/Circuit training class and
is offered 5 times a week-  
Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays @ 10am  
Saturdays at 9:30 & 11 am!!
Only $12.00 per class
Burn Hundreds of Fat Calories In just 45 minutes!

Mat Based Pilates is offered three times a week
Monday @ 10:30am, Tuesday @ 6:00pm and Friday @ 10:30am
$15.00 per class
